Bike loans4-sided Catalan villa on one level with a wooded, fenced garden of 800 m² and a view of Puig Neulós. Set back from the road which is very lightly used, it is located in the center of the village of Sorède, at the foot of the Albères. The equipped kitchen is new. Part of the garden is mainly made up of earth. There is no grass.
You can enjoy the sea just 15 minutes away but also numerous hiking trails nearby (the Happy Valley, the Massane gorges, Puig Neulós, etc.). Also worth visiting are the turtle valley, the solar oven and the whip factory. If you like cycling, a pleasant cycle path through nature takes you to Argelès-sur-Mer.
A VTC and a mountain bike are at your disposal.
Possibility to rent a mountain bike and/or an electric mountain bike.
This 81 m² air-conditioned villa has a separate kitchen with pantry, a living room - dining room, 3 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower, Separate WC as well as a high chair and a travel cot. Covered terrace with garden furniture.

Possibility of parking 3 cars on the land.
For the well-being of all, the whole is non-smoking.

Une villa très agréable et très fonctionnelle.
Tout est parfait pour passer de très bonnes.

"Vacances exceptionnelles"
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cet endroit magnifique. Une maison où tout à été pensé avec soin. Il ne manque rien. Bravo aux hôtes qui sont très sympathiques et qui mettent leur petite attention à l'arrivée. On est au calme absolu dans cette maison qui est proche de la mer comme de la montagne. Un havre de paix. On reviendra volontiers. On conseillera cette maison à nos amis et nos familles. De beaux paysages et de beaux villages à visiter à proximité. Enchanté de ce séjour qui me laissera de si beaux souvenirs. Merci encore.

"Agréable séjour catalan."
Holidays in a comfortable house, with excellent bedding. A quiet stay, with shops and services nearby.
A location that allows you to enjoy the beach, the beautiful landscapes of the Vermeille coast and the mountains.

"Vive les vacances"
We have just spent 3 weeks in this beautiful villa, nothing is missing, we are coming back for the second year.
Small downside but really small, can't wait for the swimming pool
The villa is located in a charming little village and close to magnificent hiking trails, cycle paths and the sea less than 20 minutes away

Very spacious and single storey house. Which is nice. Very well laid out and everything you need to live there continuously. Great location for cars. Very quiet which is nice. The problem is that the entrance is not well signposted.
