50 m² (+ 12 m² terrace facing south & terrace to the north) - 2 bedrooms, maximum 4 people.
Private and secure parking space ('remote control' portal) in front of the Hotel Ozin.
Luxury villa, fully renovated, high-end equipped, quality services.
Ground floor: living room with large wall-mounted flat screen TV equipped with TNT satellite, WiFi, very high quality bluetooth surround sound bar (with woofer), dining area: large table (with extensions), 4 chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, large fridge and separate freezer, microwave and oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, coffee pod machine, induction hob, electric plancha, ice maker.
Corridor with large closet, 3 sliding doors, one with mirror, washing machine, iron and ironing board, cleaning equipment, drying rack, vacuum cleaner. Safe available.
Bathroom with large sink, equipped shower (different jets) and separate WC.
Bedroom at the back: 1.40 mx 1.90 m bed, excellent bedding. Air conditioning in the back as well.
Mezzanine: bedroom with jungle decor - 1.40 mx 1.90 m bed, high quality bedding, chest of drawers.
12 m² terrace surrounded by vegetation facing south (permanent sun): table + 4 chairs, parasol, outdoor shower, 2 deckchairs (sunbathing).
