For a car-free holiday, the house is located 5 minutes by bike from the golf course and the town centers of Hossegor and Capbreton, and 10/15 minutes by bike from the beaches, via cycle paths.
Living room with open kitchen opening onto the terrace.
South-West facing dining terrace with plancha & barbecue.
Small covered terrace on the North-East side for hot days.
Very beautiful garden surrounding the house.
7x3.5m swimming pool protected by a cover that meets safety standards and allows the swimming pool to be heated naturally. Salt treatment.

"Excellent séjour"
Nous avons passé les fêtes de Noël dans la maison de Marion qui venait tout juste d être rénovée. Maison très agréable, excellente literie, on s y sent comme chez soi. Nous avons passé de supers moments en famille autour du bar ou de la cheminée, les enfants ont pu s amuser dans le jardin lors de journées ensoleillées.
Nous reviendrons en été pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marion. La maison est magnifique, très propre et bien entretenue, encore plus jolie que sur les photos.
Nous avons passé notre temps dehors au bord de la piscine et les enfants se sont amusés dans le jardin.

"Villa Carmel séjour de 10 jours en Juillet 2022"
Excellent. Belle maison, grande, au calme et bien équipée. Très agréables piscine et terrasse. Pas de problème de parking. on se gare devant la porte ! Commerces à proximité à pied (boulangerie,boucherie- charcuterie, intermarché avec presse.). Point de dépôt des ordures ménagères à proximité aussi Possibilité de se rendre à pied à la plage et aux divers restaurants de Capbreton (20 minutes) Une propriétaire serviable et très à l'écoute tout en restant discrète. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter
