Ideally well located, the beach at the end of the street, shops within 150 meters. Everything is done on foot, no need to take your car.
You will appreciate the beautiful volume of this villa, its two large terraces and its exposure which will give you sunshine throughout the day.
The villa is on three levels:
• ground floor: entrance, living room - dining room, large fully equipped kitchen opening onto terrace, 1 laundry room, 1 WC
• 1st level: 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 landing with reading corner and television, bathroom with shower, basin and WC
• 2nd level: 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed and bathroom (bathtub, basin), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 separate toilet
Equipped for young children: crib, high chair.

If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his furnished accommodation. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request the balance of the rental.
b) If the stay is shortened,
the rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made.
