The bedrooms on the first and second level all have a private bathroom and WC, and on the third level the WCs and bathrooms are shared upstairs.

Straddling Lorraine and Alsace, Diemeringen is ideally located, with an SNCF station providing a link with Strasbourg and Sarreguemines at all hours of the day.
The house is located at the entrance of the village and benefits from calm, but at the same time from proximity to all the village shops and restaurants.
The landscape is gentle, ideal for hiking or cycling.

The villa is rented for self-management. No meals served on site, but excellent restaurants nearby.
