THE VILLA :
Located on a partly unfenced plot of 820m² with balcony and terrace. Separate kitchen (dishwasher), four bedrooms (3 140/190 beds and 1 160/190 bed), shower room, bathroom and 2 separate toilets. Parking for several cars. Shrubs on the ground.

VIEW :
Punctuated by the tides of the port of Saint-Jacques (Atlantic): large windows in the living/dining room and two bedrooms; stunning rainbows in stormy weather; magnificent waves on the pier and its small lighthouse in strong weather; coast of Pénestin on the horizon in good weather...

THE CLIMATE :
Winter is pleasantly mild, due to the passage of the Gulf Stream, as evidenced by the numerous Mediterranean plant species that grow in the gardens.
By the sea, the winter temperature gains a few degrees compared to that of the city center. In summer, a little breeze from the sea prevents the air on our beaches from being too stifling and makes sailing more pleasant.

WALKS:
Pointe St-Jacques and the marked coastal paths impatiently await your passage. Preserved dune environment.
The bicycle ride is a delight on the LE TOUR DU PARC-ST-ARMEL-SARZEAU-ARZON circuit, through chance gaps in the gulf, islands and wildlife observatories.
The LOGEO: gulf side port and oyster producers' circuit.
SUSCINIO Castle: former medieval summer residence of the Dukes of Brittany standing in the middle of its marshland whose ditches filled with the tides of the Atlantic.
During your walks you will discover fountains, chapels (Penvins, etc.), the cemetery crucifix, megaliths and all our old Breton residences with granite walls.

All the pleasures of the sea: swimming, fishing, sailing (lessons), windsurfing...
Bicycle rental, sailing club, horse riding club, pétanque court, cinema, tennis, summer attractions (circus, festivals and flea markets in summer), restaurants...
Fishermen will not be disappointed: when the sea is suitable, bass, pollack and other delicious fish frequent our waters. Oysters, mussels, clams, in season...
And this, without forgetting our oyster and shellfish farmers (Brillac) where, in season, you will find lobsters and other shellfish in abundance.
