Covering an area of 134 m², the house can accommodate up to 8 adults/children and 1 baby.
The house consists of:
‧ 4 bedrooms including:
1 bedroom with 160cm bed and its adjoining bathroom with shower, sink and WC
1 bedroom with 160cm bed
1 bedroom with 160cm bed and bathroom (shower and sink) communicating with the last bedroom
1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds and adjoining WC
‧ 1 equipped kitchen open to the dining room and giving access to the back of the house (pool side)
‧ 1 air-conditioned living room with lounge (TV and DVD player) and dining room
‧ 1 mezzanine (play area for children) above the living room with stairs secured by a barrier
‧ 1 large veranda
‧ 1 independent bathroom with bathtub and double sink
‧ 1 separate WC
‧ 1 utility room with washing machine, second fridge and wine cellar
At the back of the house, you can enjoy a space without vis-à-vis with:
‧ 1 heated swimming pool (from May to mid-October) 9m x 4m with a depth of 1.50m, treated with salt and secured by an electric shutter
‧ 1 large furnished terrace with gas plancha, dining area, garden furniture, deckchairs and table football
‧ 1 outdoor shower
Garden of 1300m2, nicely planted and fully fenced
Private parking with gate + shelter for 2 vehicles
Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, cane stroller, potty, plates and plastic cutlery

Regarding shopping, there is a grocery store in the village and a market on Saturday mornings, big shopping requires you to go to Valréas 5 km away (Leclerc, Intermarché, Lidl Aldi).

"Maison très agréable"
Ce gite très au calme est parfaitement aménagé avec toutes les commodités souhaitées pour passer un agréable séjour en famille ou entre amis. Plusieurs endroits offrent la possibilité de prendre ses repas selon l’humeur du temps ou l’heure de la journée. La piscine de bonne taille est un atout supplémentaire non négligeable. La maison est bien sécurisée, avec volets, aussi contre la chaleur, et portail. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cette location grâce aussi à Sarah, très attentive et disponible.

"Maison au calme, spacieuse et très bien équipée"
Séjour grand-parents avec petits-enfants très agréable dans cette grande maison très bien équipée en mobilier (nombreuses tables pour déjeuner selon l'heure et l'ensoleillement) et en matériel de cuisine pour régaler petits et grands. La piscine est agréable mais peu profonde adaptée aux jeunes nageurs.
Ce gîte gagnerait a être équipé en lits simples que l'on peut accoler ou pas pour faciliter le couchage d'une famille nombreuse. Excellent accueil de Sarah simple, claire et directe et disponible en assistance au téléphone. La situation nous convenait parfaitement car tous nos petits-enfants étaient en stage d'équitation au centre équestre de Grignan à 6 km que je recommande.

"Maison à grillon"
Super maison très bien équipée aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Sarah la concierge des lieux nous a réservé un très bon acceuil. Je recommande ce logement à 100 %
