Villa AJNA

Located 800 m from Bayonne Cathedral, 4 km from Biarritz and the beaches of Anglet, "Villa AJNA" is an apartment that occupies the entire 2nd and top floor of our house (640 m²).
This large residence was completely renovated and decorated during the years 2020-21 for the main residence of the couple of owners (Veronika & Cyril + dog and cat), and their activities (yoga center of which Veronika has been a teacher for 20 years), and, guest rooms of which Cyril manages the other 5 rooms in addition to the proposed apartment which develops 138 m².

Access to the apartment in question is via a large monumental staircase and a landing-library available to residents passing through.
It should be noted that the inhabitants of the house are subject to the obligation to take off their shoes on the ground floor to disturb the inhabitants of this historic residence as little as possible, listed in the inventory of buildings in France.
Finally, the apartment with a living-dining room, a perfectly equipped kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms with their bathrooms and their private WCs.

Access to the garden, to the kitchen - summer dining room of the garden bathroom is tolerated, and the loan of bicycles possible.
Access to the IYENGAR yogashala (130 m²), sauna, SPA and swimming pool heated to 35° is possibly possible under conditions (see hosts).
Breakfasts can also be envisaged in the dining rooms on the ground floor or in the garden.
