Located in the seaside town of Argelès-sur-Mer, this residence offers a large outdoor swimming pool and a spa with a hot tub. Private parking is free on site and the beaches are 2.5 km away.

The modern apartments and houses include free WiFi access and a TV. Some of the accommodations feature a furnished terrace and the private bathrooms include a bathtub. Each accommodation offers one parking place.

A microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator are provided in the kitchenettes at the residence. There is also a restaurant open from June to September.
There is a fitness room and sauna. There is also a children’s playground and a boules pitch.

The residence is located 1 km from the town centre of Argelès-sur-Mer and 20 km from Perpignan and its train station. Perpignan Airport is 25 km away. Argelès-sur-Mer has its own train station.

For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen and dishes.

For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.

Pets are allowed (1 max./accommodation) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area.

For group bookings (5 or more accommodations), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation up to 42 days prior to arrival. Please contact us.

A photo ID and credit card will be required upon check-in.

A €300 credit card preauthorisation is required upon arrival as a security deposit and will be released after your stay, if the accommodation is left in good condition (as per the inventory).

All swimmers must wear swimwear (traditional swim briefs, one-piece or two-piece swimsuits). For hygiene reasons, full-body suits, swim shorts, and generally all loose-fitting clothing are prohibited.
