Uga Chena Huts - Yala - All Inclusive

Located in the deep south of Sri Lanka, Chena Huts is just 5-minute away from Yala National Park. Featuring free WiFi, a spa centre and an outdoor pool, Chena Huts offers fine views of the wilderness and seascape. It is designed to echo the local architecture harmonizing with the jungle environment.

All cabins are fully air-conditioned and comprise of living room, bedroom, en suite bathroom and shaded private built-in plunge pool. The luxurious bathroom boast of free standing bathtubs and twin vanity consoles.

You will find a 24-hour front desk offering express check in/check out services. This area is popular for hiking. Free private parking is available on site. Transfers to and from the park entrance to resort can be arranged. Morning and evening game drives in a customized safari game viewing vehicle is included (vehicle on sharing basis and includes park entry fees).

Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch & dinner (included in the rate) at the Basses restaurant, where urban dining is featured along with water, fruit juices and other soft drinks, teas and coffees, selected wines, beers and spirits at the bar.

Kataragama is 19 km from Chena Huts, while Tissamaharama is 14 km away. Colombo International Airport is 6-hour drive away.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children from 3 to 11 years old stay for 202 € per person per night when sleeping in an existing bed.
Persons 12 and over stay for 305 € per person per night when sleeping in an existing bed.
Children up to 1 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Cards accepted for booking
4WD policy effective 15th April 2024 for new reservations:

1) Children under 03 years must be accompanied by parents or guardians in exclusive 4WD vehicles, at an additional cost, and require a signed indemnity form.

2)Families with children under 12 years are encouraged to opt for exclusive 4WD vehicles, at an additional cost for a personalized experience, though shared vehicles are available.

3) Pregnant women are advised against 4WD excursions for safety but can join with a signed indemnity form.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort.

If you are making payment using another card holder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the resort prior to your arrival:

1) Authorization letter with card holder's signature

2) Copy of the card holder's card (front and back of card with card holder's signature)

3) Copy of the card holder’s passport or driver’s license
