Traditional and iconic residential condominium in the heart of the residential area of Santa Bárbara and diagonal from the Unicentro Shopping Centre, it has spacious common areas and is surrounded by gardens and interior squares. It offers internal services such as restaurant, café, bar and gymnasium, and has quick access to the northern highway, the main road that connects Bogotá with the surrounding municipalities of Chía, Cajicá and Zipaquirá. From here you can also access the Reina Sofía, Cafam, Colsubsidio and La Carolina clinics, El Country Park and the Bogotá Country Club.
The flats have one and two bedrooms and are equipped with fully equipped kitchens, spacious social areas, Wi-Fi, international TV and safety deposit box. Some rates include American breakfast. Free parking subject to availability. Cleaning service from Monday to Saturday (Sundays and holidays not included). Pets are allowed with an additional cost per night.
We do not have reception service from 3:00 am to 6:00 am.

Persons 5 and over stay for 60000 € per person per night when sleeping in an existing bed.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

The registration of both the reservation holder and his companions, including visitors with original identity documents and photographic records, is mandatory.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is limited to a certain number of devices: 2 devices in One-Bedroom Apartment and 4 devices in Superior Apartment.

For stays from January 1, 2023 (inclusive), residents of Colombia and foreigners staying in the country 60 consecutive days or more must pay the national sales tax (19%) on the property during the stay. Foreigners with a tourist visa are exempt from this tax. In addition, if a person who is required to pay the tax and another who is exempt from it share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.

The apartment cleaning service is provided from Monday to Saturday.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
