Bocce ball court Hiking trails Bike pathLocated on the banks of the Charente River in the beautiful village of Saint-Simeux known for its old eel fisheries (ESSACS) and its magnificent panoramas, this 18 m² wooden tiny house will allow you to rest after your day of cycling or to make a short stay to visit the region.
You will find everything you need in this small single-storey accommodation - It has:
- a bedroom with new 140 cm bedding
- a bathroom with shower
- a kitchen area with fridge-freezer, microwave
- comfortable dry toilets without leaving the accommodation
- a low mezzanine which will serve as a reading space or for admiring the sunsets or the stars
- mosquito nets on the windows, fan
The Charente River is 800 m away with swimming and fishing spots. You can go canoeing and kayaking, and there are many hiking trails on our doorstep.
We are on the FLOW-VELO route.
Several restaurants are nearby.
- the tiny house does not have a television.l
- a breakfast basket will be offered to you for the first night.
- for more space, we also have a small gîte and 2 guest rooms - see the other 2 ads at the top of the page.
Very reduced rate from the second night.

"La " petite maison" de Saint Simeux"
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette " petite maison". Frigo, micro ondes et un peu de vaisselle peuvent rendre service. La déco est très agréable et la literie très confortable. Le "panier" du petit déjeuner bien garni, nous a été amené " à domicile". Le village est situé au bord de la Charente avec de jolies ballades. Martine et Serge sont très accueillants.
