Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period, whether they are attending official Schoolie events or not.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies will result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

Minor Building Works - February 2023 - Weekdays only
The Body Corporate have organised for some minor balcony rectification works to be carried out on a few of the balconies around the building and from time to time there will be some intermittent drilling / jackhammering. There is NO scaffolding or structures in place around the building and access for workers will occur via abseiling at the front of the building and for lower levels via a mobile lift platform. Work is only occurring on weekdays between 8am-4pm. We are trying to ensure that all work is prioritised to be as far away from our holiday guests as possible to minimise any disruption.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
