The Factory Luxury Accomodation

Facing the seafront, The Factory Luxury Accomodation is a villa providing a 5-star accommodation in Kaikoura. It features water sports facilities, spa and wellness centre and parking on-site. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a patio. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, a shuttle service, luggage storage space and free WiFi.

The spacious villa comes with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. There is also a seating area and a fireplace.

A bar can be found on-site, and in the warmer months you can make use of the barbecue facilities.

Children up to 12 years old (inclusive) stay for 80 € per person per night when sleeping in an existing bed.
Persons 13 and over stay for 110 € per person per night when sleeping in an existing bed.
Children up to 1 years old (inclusive) stay for 80 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Please note that exclusive booking of The Factory is available for one group of up to 6 people, including children.

Please note that due to the recent earthquake, some roads are closed and alternate routes may need to be taken to access the property. At this stage the journey to Kaikoura from the north (Blenheim, Picton and Nelson) is more than a 7 hour journey.
