Late Arrival Important Information:
For all after-hours check-in (arriving later than 18:00), Property will send through Pre Check-in steps to Guests for completion. It is mandatory for the Pre Check-in to be completed prior to 18:00.
Guest is required to notify the Property of a late check-in at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 24 hours of arrival, please contact the property prior to 17:00 on the arrival date.
For Pre Check-in, Guest require their Identification Document and Credit Card used to make payment for this booking. Guest will be sent a secure payment link to pay the $100 Damage Deposit using the same Credit Card used for the booking.
Property will not be able to organize a late check-in if the pre-check in process is not completed by 18:00.
Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a Visa and Mastercard, and a 3.5% surcharge when you pay with a American Express or Diners Club credit card.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
