To get the apartment key, you will need to pay the damage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment by credit card. For large events, such as Bayonne Festivals and Foire Au Jabon, the damage deposit is EUR 400 per apartment.

You can pay the deposit by telephone. (maximum 2 days before or on the day of your arrival by calling 05 59 70 51 10 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.).

The property’s reception opening hours are:
– From July 2nd to August 31st, 2025 inclusive: Monday to Saturday form 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

– From September 1st to December 31st, 2025 inclusive: Reception is closed.
