A few steps from the Disney parks, we offer a T4 apartment, optionally air-conditioned, of 70 m², on the ground floor of our pretty Brie house, in a charming village in Seine-et-Marne: Mortcerf.

The SNCF train station is 900 m away and takes you to Paris (Gare de l'Est) in 39 min and to Coulommiers in 15 min.
Disney is 20 km away by car.
The medieval city of Provins is 30 minutes away.

The apartment consists of 4 main rooms with optional air conditioning: 25 € / day.
1 living room with open kitchen of 18 m² with a sofa bed, a dining table for 6 people and 3 bedrooms:
10 m² bedroom: 1 double bed 140x200 + 1 single bed 90x190
Bedroom of 16 m²: 1 double bed + 1 single bed 70x190 + 1 armchair.
Bedroom of 12 m²: 1 double bed 160x200 + fireside chair.
MAX CAPACITY: 11 adults and 2 children

The price is given for 1 person (from… + 25 € / additional person / night).
Washing machine: 5 € / service

1 very small bathroom, with a washbasin, a shower and an adjoining toilet.
! Be careful if there are many of you…!

The washing machine and the dryer of the house are graciously at your disposal according to your needs at the price of 5 € per machine.

Landscaped garden of 1200 m² with fruit trees, depending on the season, for your pleasure.

In the garden there is the possibility of parking one or two cars.
