You will appreciate its location (1 minute walk from the thermal baths) its brightness, bay with its side pond view, comfortably equipped and pleasantly furnished, you will sleep in a real bed, sleeping area with window (no sofa bed to open!) its cleanliness , fiber WiFi. Cool in summer thanks to its air conditioning.

The bedding consists of a 140 cm bed, plus a sofa provides additional sleeping space.
* fully equipped kitchen/dining room, fridge/freezer, oven + microwave, small appliances, iron, etc.
* lounge area with TNT TV, WiFi, 2-seater sofa bed (140x200) and bay window
* the bedroom, independent with window and 140x200 cm bed
* a dressing cupboard
* bathroom / WC, with window, Italian shower, hairdryer, washing machine
* electric heating + VMC
* closed collective parking (transmitter opening) no reserved space
*Thau pond 2 min walk
* city center 5 min walk
Free shuttle at the foot of the building to the shopping center
These prices include WATER, electricity and tourist taxes in addition.
Rental dates are three weeks from the opening of the Thermal Baths, with a special treatment rate for the 3 weeks.

"Propriétaires toujours aussi accueillants"
Voila plusieurs fois que nous louons cet appartement soit pour des vacances ou pour une cure thermale et nous sommes très satisfaits. Merci à M. Natali pour nous avoir aidé à monter nos bagages. Très bon accueil reçu et appartement très fonctionnel et propre. Avantage aussi d'avoir un emplacement de parking. Nous pensons y retourner bientôt.

"studio très fonctionnel"
nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Un accueil très sympathique. le studio est très bien aménagé et rien ne manque à part la clim car il a fait très chaud. Nous reviendrons bien volontiers.
