Return boat transfer: The resort is on an island, with only one boat trip available daily.
- Mainland Jetty to Resort: The boat departs from Jetty Sutera Mantanani at 14:15. Please arrive by 13:45 for registration.
- Resort to Mainland Jetty: The return boat from the island leaves at 13:00
- Jetty Location: Boat transfers will take place at Jetty Sutera Mantanani.

- In the event of bad weather condition or unforeseen circumstances which result in cancellation of the last boat transfer into the island due to safety or commercial reasons, food & lodging cost for the overnight stay in Mantanani island will be arranged and absorbed by the resort. No claims including claims for refund, resulting from such cancellation shall be entertained.
