Also on the ground floor, a master suite with bathroom and a double bedroom both with a small sea view, a separate toilet with hand basin
• upstairs: 4 double bedrooms, two of which have a sea view, a dormitory, a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The terrace on the first floor enjoys a very nice view over Corn Ar Gazel.

The relaxation area consists of an indoor pool area of 70 m² accessible from the living room through a glass door and secure. This space has a bathroom with WC. It is south facing with sliding picture windows overlooking the garden. The large pool 10 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, heated all year round to 29 degrees, is bordered by a beach with deckchairs.

The 1500 m² property is fully enclosed.
Two gardens are accessible from the rooms on the ground floor:

Its 6 bedrooms and dormitory can be arranged to accommodate 7 couples in double beds or 11 people in single beds or any other configuration corresponding to a maximum capacity of 14 people.

Access to the property is via an electric gate opening onto a large tarmac car park with 5 comfortable spaces, two of which are under carport.
