Traditional upper Provençal farmhouse, full of charm, on the edge of the village. Exclusive availability of the farmhouse in summer, for 2 to 8 people.

160 m² of interior space with beautiful kitchen, 35 m² living room opening onto the terrace, 35 m² living room, 1 bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom, 3 bedrooms upstairs + large bathroom and WC; the house with its thick stone walls remains cool; large terrace shaded by a century-old plane tree + gazebo area + adjoining garage space of 40 m² with table tennis table, deck chairs, garden furniture.

Estate of 3400 m² enclosed by walls on 2 sides, by hedges on the other 2, estate comprising a large garden and orchard, large lawn areas, parking space within the estate.

A small garden chalet, on the eastern part of the estate, out of sight, remains available for the owners so that they can discreetly take care of the premises and above all water the large garden.

Privacy and tranquility on the terrace (150 m²), lawns, gardens and orchard.

PRE GRAND CAMPAIGN ACCESS
If you arrive by Sisteron (Sisteron sud motorway exit, turn left at the next 2 roundabouts then, after crossing the village of BONS ENFANTS, go to the Peipin roundabout (bricomarché on your left) and turn right (sign ST ETIENNE LES ORGUES) Once past the villages of MALLEFOUGASSE and CRUIS, do not enter the village but follow the southern bypass to the roundabout of Europe. Take the direction of Forcalquier by Limans (do not take the road de Fontienne), go about 500 m; in view of the gas station, turn left on the Chemin du Restugaud, go straight on for 200 m, the house with blue shutters is located just under a tennis court, on the left; sign indicating BED AND BREAKFAST . you have the back access path to the house under a tennis court. Take the path to park inside the estate (do not park in the parking lot opposite the restaurant)
If you arrive by Banon, take direction St Etienne les Orgues then cross St Etienne les Orgues (turn right in the center direction Forcalquier), take at the roundabout of Europe the direction Forcalquier by Limans (do not take road of Fontienne) , go about 500 m; in view of the petrol station, turn left on Chemin du Restugaud, go straight on for 200 m, the house with blue shutters is located just under a tennis court, on the left; sign indicating BED AND BREAKFAST. you have the back access path to the house under a tennis court. "Dans un site de rêve..."
Cet ancien mas confortable a un jardin très agréable : tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour. De plus la situation géographique est idéale pour découvrir la Montagne de Lure, Forcalquier, Banon et tous les sites des environs. Je recommande ce gîte.

"Séjour montagne de lure"
Vous serez accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de convivialité par Jean Luc dans une maison d hôte au calme , pleine de charme et d authenticité à la sortie du village. Le jardin et la terrasse plein d oiseaux sont un plus !
C est l endroit idéal pour découvrir la Montagne de Lure ce qui était notre but.
Jean Luc vous donnera aussi tous les conseils utiles pour des balades et la découverte des villages ou points d intérêt aux alentours.
Vous pourrez aussi parler avec lui des nombreux voyages qu il a organisés à travers le monde et dont il parle avec une passion très communicative.
Un plaisir d avoir passé 2 jours et d avoir connu Jean Luc.

"Magnifique"
Situé dans une région splendide. Accueil chaleureux.
Maison pleine de charme, spacieuse, comfortable très bien équipée.
Nous y avons passé un exellent week-end détente. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés... mais ce serait dommage !

"Excellent séjour"
Grande et confortable maison avec un superbe jardin dont l’ombre du platane permet des déjeuners au frais et même accès aux tomates du potager ! Chaleureux accueil des propriétaires. Très agréable piscine municipale proche.
Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour en grande famille élargie et reviendrons.
