The Studio includes:
- A Queen Size bed 160x200
- A 140x190 sofa bed
- A kitchen equipped with refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.
- Equipment: television, free WIFI, reversible air conditioning, board games.
- A bathroom with WC.
- A private parking space in the front door.
Exterior:
Terrace with table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs.
Access to the shared swimming pool (with the tenants of the Apartment) from June to September. Aquabike available.
Access to the jacuzzi all year round.
Please note: there is no washing machine.
We do not accept animals because we have a faithful companion as kind as his owners ;-)
The cottage is located 5 minutes from the motorway and 15 minutes from the beaches by car, in a quiet area close to all shops on foot (bakery, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, health center, gas station, laundromat, gym , bank, etc.) and buses.

"Excellent accueil"
Nous avons passé 1 semaine excellente chez les sympathiques Stephanie et Damien qui nous ont accueillis avec un apéro régional! Le Gîte est très confortable, bien équipé, piscine au top, calme et bien situé entre plage et sentiers de randonnée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir car nous n’avons pas eu le temps de voir toutes les beautés du coin. Merci encore aux hôtes pour leur convivialité.
