• HIGHTS OF THE ANSE
Completely renovated studio of 24 m² + 4 m² terrace in a quiet residence 2 minutes walk from all shops, the maritime shuttle to Fort de France and the Anse Mitan beach.
New equipment: Air conditioning, desk + TV + wifi, 1 double bed 140x200 + 1 convertible sofa 70x170, bar with 2 seats, washing machine, kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, electric hob, sink, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, bathroom with 90cm shower cubicle with wide jet.
Ideal accommodation for two parents and a child or two adults. Several free parking lots all around the residence.
The tourist heart of Martinique, Anse Mitan and La Pointe du Bout are part of the commune of Trois Îlets with its Marina, its maritime shuttles to Fort de France, all its shops and restaurants and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course.
You can come without renting a vehicle and it is possible for us to pick you up (30 minutes journey) for €40/journey instead of €60 by taxi. You can find everything on site on foot and have an excellent car-free holiday with the shuttle to Fort de France, the numerous excursions and mini-cruises offered from the Marina. If you want to discover the many gems of our island, you should know that from Les Trois-Îlets you can travel by car throughout the island during the day.
The apartment is on the ground floor, very easy to access and perfectly located with all shops, beaches, restaurants, water activities (diving, stand up paddle, jet-ski, windsurf, kite) and departures. 'excursions a few minutes walk away.

Emplacement agréable avec une très grande terrasse et un parking attitré au logement. Bel accueil du propriétaire. Séjour à refaire.

"Super séjour"
Après avoir séjourné à l'ACACIA, nous avons été bien reçu par la propriétaire fort agréable. L'hébergement est bien situé. La vue sur la plage très agréable en plus de la piscine privative. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé complet. Je le conseille vivement.
