A stone's throw from the town center (near the old Cauterets train station), 200 meters from the ice rink. Balcony with open mountain view. Facing south-west (very bright and sunny).

26 m² studio in residence with lift, very quiet with sleeping accommodation for two people (new bedding, thick mattress), fitted kitchen, lounge area, large closet, entrance hall, shower room and wc.
Ski rack on the ground floor of the building.
