Le Mas du Soleil, a small residence made up of 3 villas, one built in 2011 and one built in 2014, located in a 5000 m² pine forest in Sainte-Maxime facing the sea and in Saint-Tropez, 300 m from the sea and 1 km from the city center.

This residence is made up of 2 studios of 30 m², a F3 apartment of 55 m², an F2 apartment of 40 m², a Suite of 40 m², and 2 F3 apartments of 60 m²…
The decoration of each apartment is different, modern, Zen attitude, driftwood, authentic; they all have a safe, reversible air conditioning, LCD screen, microwave, refrigerator.

Plus, a STUDIO has a disabled toilet, but all the doors to the other apartments are up to disabled standards.
The F3 apartment and the SUITE have a 35 m² terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and Saint-Tropez. The 2 modernly decorated F3 apartments have a 25 m² terrace and a 70 m² roof terrace with sea view, reserved for these 2 apartments.
The residence benefits from a pleasant swimming pool which has a sea view.

You can take a few excursions to the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros, Cannes, Saint-Tropez with its famous Pampelonne Beach and the Gorges du Verdon in Haut-Var, a magnificent place.

The minimum rental is 2 nights minimum, but it is possible to rent 1 night when it remains only for rent. And this for all apartments, studios and guest rooms.
