Online Check-in Required: Before arrival, guests must complete the online check-in process. They will be asked for credit card information during this process. Our guests can expect their digital keys by 3:00 PM on the day of check-in once the apartment is ready and online check-in fulfilled. To send you the digital keys, we need your correct email address and phone number. Please send us the right contact details as soon as possible. Check-in is at Boomsluiterskade 339, 2511VH, The Hague. Check-ins are contactless, meaning that there will be no reception or person to welcome the guests at the property. We encourage guests to ensure their mobile devices have enough battery and internet access to open the front door and apartment door with the digital keys.

We will be available until 6:00 PM to assist guests with practical matters and questions around their apartment and check-in.

Practical Information: Inside the apartment, our guests will find a blue book with the Stayci logo on the dining table. This book contains the Wi-Fi password, apartment details, and emergency contact numbers. We are available via email and phone for any questions.
