Spacious villa in a very quiet residential area, near the river for the last bathing (the Cèze 4 km), near the waterfalls of La Roque-sur-Cèze (one of the most beautiful villages in France, 5 minutes), close to 'a sandy beach on the edge of the Ardèche (Saint Just d'Ardèche), close to Avignon, the gorges of Ardeche, the Pont du Gard, Uzès, Goudargues ... plenty to do, to see .
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher), a living-dining room with TV, a bathroom, 3 large bedrooms (1 with 1 bed for 2 people, the other 1 bed for 2 people and the third 3 beds, a pleasant garden of 850 m², fully fenced, ideal for children or dogs, a swimming pool -sol (from June), barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs. Covered terrace.

L’endroit est parfait à proximité de tout !
Le gîte bien équipé spacieux fonctionnel et en prime l’airco un pur bonheur avec des températures de 38 degrés nos nuits étaient reposantes

Accueil très sympa.
Quartier calme, il ne manque rien dans le logement, tout est prévu pour passer un super séjour.
Très bon lieu de départ pour pas mal d’attractions touristiques.

"Super séjour en famille"
Nous recommandons cette endroit. Nous y avons séjourné avec notre husky et le terrain totalement clôturé lui a permis de se promener en toute liberté. Baignades et kayak à proximité ainsi qu'un chouette marché hebdomadaire à Bagnols sur Cèze.

Maison très agréable, jardin clôturé, tout confort, dans quartier calme, proche de pas mal de site et cours d eau. Accueil top. Tout est prévu pour un excellent séjour. Merci de nous avoir reçu avec nos nombreux chiens.

"Superbe séjour à Bagnols"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cette charmante maison très bien située dans un quartier au calme, proches de toutes commodités et en proximité de beaucoup de sites touristiques.
La maison et le jardin sont très accueillants , très propre. Bien agencés, très bien équipés (cuisine équipée, lave linge, climatisation dans toutes les pièces, transats, tables pour déjeuner et la piscine évidement !). Les hôtes sont charmants, de bons conseils et toujours disponibles si besoin. La région est magnifique nous reviendrons c’est sûr !
