Song Service Apartment formerly known as Jinhold Service Apartment is a 10-minute drive from Kuching’s city centre. It features a gym and accommodation with free Wi-Fi access.

The apartments and studios come with either a kitchen or kitchenette. They offer air conditioning and feature an en suite bathroom with shower facilities. Some apartments have spacious living rooms, a balcony and a dishwasher. Hair dryers, ironing facilities and prayer mats are available upon request, subject to availability.

Guests can head to Jinhold’s 24-hour front desk for assistance with laundry, fax/photocopying or concierge services. Free private parking spaces are available.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Only adults are accepted.
Persons 0 years and over stay for 35 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Cards accepted for booking
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Guests should advise their estimated time of arrival and departure once booking has been made.
