Please be informed that all guests are required to use the provided free transfer service from the pier to the property.

Guests will have to inform the property two days in advance to make use of this service of the arrival time and boat details. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Guests arriving outside check-in hours (14:00-17:00 hrs) are subject to an additional charge of 1.500THBs.

The sea water level is high during the months of November-April, and low during May-October.

Please note that the only access to the main road is a 7-minute walk from the property, up a little hill through the jungle and may require a good physical condition. All your belongings will be taken care by the property.

This resort is private and is reserved to in house guests only.
