Seegarten Appartements Büsum are a 5-minute walk from the village centre with its many cafés and restaurants as well as the Meerzeit , spa facilities, harbour, medical centre and a pharmacy. The popular family lagoon with a sandy beach is an 8-minute walk away.
The old building was built in 1984 and completely renovated in early 2017. All apartments are south-facing, overlooking the embankment (ground floor and first floor) or the sea (2nd and 3rd floor) and are accessible by lift/elevator. The in-house bridge will take you directly to the embankment.
Due for completion in March 2018, the new building has 23 modern apartments with underfloor heating. All apartments are south-facing, overlooking the embankment (ground floor and 1st floor) or the sea (from the 2nd floor up) and are accessible by lift/elevator.
In the basement of the new building and available to all guests is a spa with Finnish sauna, infrared-sauna, relaxation room and changing room for free use. A fitness room with stamina equipment is also available. There is also a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
Outside parking spaces and individual garages are available on site for a fee. Pets can be accommodated upon confirmation from the property in the old building on the ground floor and first floor.
