The villa consists of two completely separate flats or floors, which are not connected internally. The only access between the two floors is via the external stairs located next to the swimming pool.

The ground floor apartment will only be made available when the booking is for more than 4 people.
If the number of guests included in the booking is less than 4, the opening of the lower apartment will incur an additional supplement, the amount of which must be checked with the owner in advance.
