Salzburg Residence offers a villa with a 100 m² large garden with sun loungers and terrace in a central yet quiet and elegant residential area, 500 metres from Hohensalzburg Fortress and 600 metres from Festival Hall Salzburg.

Spread over 2 floors, the modern country house-style villa is decorated in grey and white with colourful accents and features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and 2 toilets and a balcony. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.

Mozart's Birthplace is 900 metres from Salzburg Residence, while Salzburg Cathedral is 1 km away.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Persons 0 years and over stay for 60 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 1 years old (inclusive) stay for 60 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.
