In a relaxing setting new house wood frame 10 minutes from the beach on foot, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets.
On the ground floor :
A living room with equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer also kettle, toaster; living room and lounge with TV
A room with a bed of 140x200, a room with two beds of 90x200 can be joined. A bathroom with shower. A separate toilet.
Attached, laundry room with sink and washing machine and a third bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Upstairs :
a room with a bed of 140X200, a room with a bed of 160X200, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside:
Facing south the wooden terrace and a shaded green space (totally enclosed) are protected from the winds; with garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor chairs, chiliennes.

From the house a hilly road leads to the beach of Pen Guen (800 m see map), there you will find a beach club for children and a sailing school (vitavoile) offering courses and rentals of sailboards, kayaks, boats motor ...
The golf course of Saint Cast (18 holes) overlooks the beach.
The tree climbing park and 2 equestrian centers are less than 10 minutes by bike through a very little road.
Near Dinard, St. Malo and Mont St Michel; the house is an ideal starting point for hikes (several circuits on St Cast as well as the GR34) also for discoveries of one day or more; Chausey Island, Jersey, and Guernsey.

Nous avons passé un super séjour
Le gîte est super bien organisé très bien placé et dans un endroit hyper calme

"FORMIDABLE"
Nous avons passé des vacances absolument formidables dans ce gîte en juillet dernier sur tous les plans : gîte magnifique agréable original avec petit jardin qu on ne se lasse pas à admirer Très bon accueil des propriétaire, excellent emplacement/on peut aller à la mer à pied via un chemin forestier très agréable, que ce soit pour aller se baigner ou randonner. Saint Cast est un joli bourg avec de bons produits locaux un excellent marché de belles promenades à faire depuis la plage... Et nous avons eu une météo très agréable.
