I grew up in this very building! This particular flat, which we have called Torlonia, is located up 3 flights of stairs. Your reward for the climb is an accommodation bathed in sunlight, a view of the Colosseum which is less than 2 blocks away, and a wonderful terrace. Torlonia is a fantastic solution for 2 active couples coming to Rome. You have two large bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room with a good sofa bed, and a full eat-in kitchen. There's a little balcony with a table for 2, but the icing on the cake is the upstairs roof terrace, perfect for sunning, lounging, and outdoor dining and relaxing.
