This Residhotel is a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and La Croisette Beach. It offers soundproofed apartments with a private balcony and air conditioning. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property.

The units have a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, hot plates and a fridge. Each accommodation has a private bathroom with a bath and shower. Some studios were renovated in 2020.

The property provides an underground car park (small narrow parking lot accessible to small vehicles) 3 parking spaces are available upon request and are subject to availability and all apartments are serviced by a lift. Cannes SNCF Train Station is just 500 metres away and guests can easily explore the French Riviera.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.

Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
