Reception opening hours are Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 21:00, and Saturday from 07:00 to 21:00. Parking is available within the residence. Villas benefit from one included parking space as well as access to a shared electric charging point (extra charge). Apartments include one parking space per accommodation, and the residence also offers 10 electric vehicle charging points (5 double stations) available at an additional cost. Pets are welcome upon presentation of a valid animal passport (€12 per day per animal or €75 per week per animal).

The residence is proudly certified Green Key (Clef Verte), reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable tourism, environmental responsibility and eco-friendly practices throughout the property. A complimentary baby kit is available upon pre-booking. The Kids’ Club welcomes children aged 6 to 12 during French school holidays from April, offering sports activities, creative workshops and nature discovery experiences supervised by qualified activity leaders. Each stay includes three complimentary Kids’ Club sessions per week, lasting 2.5 hours each. Upon arrival, guests are invited to contact the reception or entertainment teams to reserve preferred time slots, subject to availability. Additional sessions can be booked on site once the complimentary sessions have been used, depending on availability, and the number of places per session is limited to ensure safety and proper supervision. The Kids’ Club operates from Monday to Friday during the French spring, summer and All Saints’ Day school holidays.

Guests wishing to stay active during their holidays can enjoy an outdoor space dedicated to CrossFit and fitness, open independently within the park. Organised sports activities are not available from 06/12/2024 to 06/01/2025 included; however, facilities such as mini-golf, pumptrack circuit and fitness trails remain accessible during this period. From April, the swimming pool, wellness treatments including massages and the snack bar will be open. While children enjoy supervised activities and adventures, guests are invited to relax and focus on their well-being with access to leisure facilities such as fitness areas, sauna, steam room or by exploring the surrounding region by bike for a truly rejuvenating stay.
