The price includes all taxes and fees (except tourist tax and any applicable booking fees), TV, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access, and two bathrobes. Mid-week housekeeping is available at an additional cost.

The outdoor swimming pool is open and heated from mid-April to mid-September and features a sun terrace as well as an unheated paddling pool. The residence also offers relaxation areas for adults and a playground for children.

After booking, guests may request the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the property directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

For any invoice requests, please note that the invoice will be issued under the name indicated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe stated in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

The Le Pouliguen wellbeing centre will open at the end of April.

Reception opening hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, and Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
