Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Haguna

Pierre & Vacances Premium Haguna is located in the city centre of Biarritz, just 300 metres from the beach. The self-catering residence offers spacious apartments. At an extra cost, guest can access a wellness centre with a sauna, hammam.

The studios and apartments at the Haguna residence are fully furnished and include a TV, a living area and a private bathroom. The kitchens include cooking facilities, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

Guests can choose the Comfort Formula, which must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes beds made for arrival, change of bathroom linen mid-stay, mid-stay cleaning.

Pierre & Vacances Premium Haguna is an ideal base for exploring the Basque coast. Bayonne is just a 10-minute drive from Pierre & Vacances Premium Haguna and San Sebastian is a 35-minute drive away. Books and board games are available for free.

Baked goods can be ordered at the reception the evening before and served as a buffet. A bakery menu is available in the apartment and at reception, this service is at an additional cost.

After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

Reception opening hours during the summer season (excluding July and August) are daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. In July and August, reception is open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. During the winter season, reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.

Please note that the breakfast room is currently closed until further notice.

The price includes accommodation, beds made upon arrival, bed linen, towels, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, two bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchenette), basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding tourist tax and application fees).

Guests also benefit from access to the hammam and/or sauna, available upon reservation at the reception desk.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
