Reception opening hours during the summer period are daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

Reception opening hours during the winter period are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, Wednesday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 (closed in the afternoon), and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00.

As the residences reopen, reception opening hours may be subject to change. Our teams will do their utmost to welcome guests and help them access their accommodation in the best possible conditions.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and application fees).

Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
