Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Balcons de Bellevarde

This Residence is located in La Daille district of Val D’Isere Tignes ski resort. Just 100 metres from the ski slopes, it offers studios and apartments with a private balcony.

Each apartment at the Residence Pierre & Vacances Les Balcons De Bellevarde has a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave. They also have en suite facilities and a TV.

There is a shopping delivery service available at an additional cost only during the winter season. Bread and pastries delivery service is available at the reception. Upon prior reservation and depending on the date of the stay, guests can benefit from reduced rates for ski passes and equipment rental.

Guests of the Balcons De Bellevarde can enjoy activities such as paragliding. The residence provides ski storage and is close to a ski school. During the summer season, parking under the residence is available free of charge, and otherwise it is at a cost.

Reception is open from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests are kindly invited to check with reception for the most up-to-date opening hours. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Please note that Val d’Isère’s ski lifts, shops, free shuttle services and restaurants open for the winter season on 30 November 2024.

Room rates include accommodation, TV, bed linen, towels, one cleaning kit to be left in the apartment, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (browsing, emails and research), as well as all taxes and charges except the local tax. For stays of any length, beds can be made upon arrival for an additional cost per person.

After booking, the exact location of the accommodation may be reserved by contacting the residence directly, subject to availability and at an additional cost. For any invoice request, please note that the invoice will be issued under the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment, and a bank card imprint for a Visa or Mastercard will be required upon arrival.

In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers activities to fully enjoy the mountain environment. In Val d’Isère, guests benefit from one full-day entry to the Bike Park and three activities of their choice, such as small vehicle rides, golf practice sessions, a driving simulator experience, access to the skatepark with equipment, archery, or an orienteering activity including map and compass. This offer is available for stays of a minimum of seven nights, and access cards are provided upon arrival. As these activities are organised by independent partners of Pierre & Vacances, the programme may be subject to change.

Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 45 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.
