Reception is open from Sunday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests expecting to arrive outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation.

The price includes accommodation, bed linen and TV. For short stays of one to six nights, end-of-stay cleaning is included, excluding the kitchen area and dishes. After booking, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly, subject to availability and an additional charge.

The following services are available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Paid parking is subject to availability at EUR 55 per week in winter and EUR 50 per week in summer; guests are invited to contact the residence directly to confirm availability.

For invoice requests, please note that invoices are issued under the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers a €40 activity voucher per apartment in Chamonix for stays of at least seven nights, valid with the partner Evolution 2 Chamonix. Guests can enjoy outdoor experiences such as rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, hydrospeed and hiking. The voucher is provided upon arrival. Activities require prior registration and remain subject to availability. As these activities are organised by independent partners of Pierre & Vacances, the programme may be subject to change.
