The 3-storey residence with lift is located in the city centre, opposite the Parc Ducontenia is close to the pedestrian streets. The beach and the spa are 400 metres away and the shops are 100 metres away.

Résidence Pierre & Vacances Eguzki provides functional and air-conditioned apartments in a famous resort of the Basque Coast.

Board games can be borrowed on site and the residence features table tennis, a games room and a library.

Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 45 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Cards accepted for booking
A mandatory security deposit will be required on arrival and will be paid by credit card in pre-authorization the amount of € 200. This authorization request does not correspond to a debit but to a payment reserve authorized by the banking institution. The guarantee amount will be returned up to 8 days after the end date of the stay (variable period depending on the banking institutions) if the establishment has found no damage.

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

If you would like your beds to be prepared upon your arrival, the service will be charged at €9 per person and will be charged on site on the day of arrival.
This service must be booked with the establishment at least 24 hours before your arrival date.

Reception opening hours: All days : 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.

Pets are accepted for an additional fee, payable on site: €75/animal/week or €12/animal/day (for stays of 1 to 6 nights). Category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted.

The parking in front of our residence is secured by a barrier. If you wish to access this paid parking, it is essential to contact the residence beforehand.

Baby cots are bookable at the cost of 10EUR per stay, without sheets or mattresses for security reasons.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
