The Residence Pierre & Vacances Centre is an ideal base for discovering La Rochelle and guests can enjoy a boat trip to the Île de Ré and Fort Boyard. The beach is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Subject to availability, paid parking is available upon reservation and for an extra charge.

Please note that the swimming pool is open from 09:00 until 19:00 daily.

Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 45 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and the kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices, as well as charges and taxes, excluding city tax and handling fees. The “beds made on arrival” service is included in all bookings.

Guests staying longer than 11 days may renew their selected services at the reception at the end of each week.

A breakfast service is available every day in the restaurant from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

A credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) is the only accepted method of payment, and any modification may incur additional charges.

Parking spaces are available subject to availability and at an additional cost of EUR 12 per night or EUR 73 per week; it is recommended to reserve in advance by contacting the residence.

The swimming pool has a uniform depth of 1.60 metres throughout and does not include a paddling pool.
