The Otelia residence is located in Lyon, 250 metres from the T2 Route de Vienne tram stop and 500 metres from T4 Jet d'Eau - Mendès France tram stop. It has a spa and relaxation area and rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air-conditioning and a kitchenette.

Guests of the Ôtelia residence have access to the spa at a supplement and the relaxation area, which includes a sauna, hammam and a fitness room. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel.

All studios and apartments also have a private bathroom and lift access. Each kitchenette has a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. You can request access to kitchenware at reception.

The Ôtelia residence restaurant, Côté Berthelot is open from Monday to Sunday.

The Perrache Train Station and Part Dieu Train Station are a 12-minute drive from the property.

The restaurant on the Berthelot side is open from Monday to Friday.

Please note that the spa center is open from Monday to Thursday from 17:00 to 21:00, Friday 17:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Sundays from 09:00 to 12:00. It is closed on public holidays. Spa access is charged EUR 10.

Cleaning services are provided from Monday to Saturday. No cleaning services are available on Sundays. For stays of 7 nights or more the studios will be cleaned once a week.

Please note that for last minute bookings either made on the day of arrival or the day before arrival and for stays of 4 nights or more the total amount of the stay has to be paid upon arrival. If you wish to request a baby cot, please contact the property directly in advance.

The onsite restaurant Côté Berthelot is located on ground floor and is open from Monday to Friday. The restaurant will be closed on the evenings from July 17th and completely closed for summer break between July 27th and August 27th included.

Breakfast is served at the restaurant and is available from: - Tuesday to Friday : 7:00 to 10:00 - Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Closed on public holidays.
