Location and Access :
Our residence is ideally located in Lyon, just 250 meters from the T2 tram stop “Route de Vienne”, which provides direct access to Perrache train station. We are also 500 meters from the T4 tram stop “Jet d’Eau – Mendès France”, which goes to Part-Dieu train station.
Additionally, Perrache and Part-Dieu stations are approximately a 12-minute drive away.

Accommodation :
All of our studios and apartments are air-conditioned and accessible by elevator and stairs.
Facilities: private bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette (minibar, microwave, welcome tray with kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and kitchen utensils).

SPA Area (60-minute access) :
Hot tub, sauna, and steam room – standard access: Open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Price: €12 per person for a 60-minute session.
spa-only access: Open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Price: €9 per person.
Private Access for Couples (60 minutes, outside standard hours)
spa only: €29

spa, sauna, and steam room :
€39 on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
€49 in the evening from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on weekends.
Drinks are available at an additional cost.
Massage service available by reservation (at least 48 hours in advance) at a rate of €79 per person for 60 minutes.

Parking
Underground and outdoor parking available at a rate of €12 per day.
No prior reservation is required. You must park at 7 rue Jean Gay, then check in and pay at the reception desk.

Reception and Check-in:

- Reception is open from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at reception.

- For arrivals after 10:00 PM, self check-in is available via a QR code located at the entrance. You will need to pay the remaining balance of your reservation by credit card to obtain your access codes.

- A valid photo ID and a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD only) will be required upon check-in.

- Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance via the "Special Requests" section or by contacting us directly.

Services and Accommodation:

- Breakfast: Served from 6:30 am to 10:00 am on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 10:30 am on weekends and public holidays (€15 per person per day).

- Check-out: Accommodations must be vacated by 11:00 am.

- Housekeeping: Our establishment is a residence, not a hotel. As part of our environmental commitments, housekeeping is not automatic. To obtain fresh towels, please contact reception.

- Tourist tax: Payable directly on site.

Standard access: Open from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Price: €12 per person, per 60-minute access.

spa access only: Open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at a rate of €9 per person.

Private use for couples for 60 minutes:
