Résidence Nemea Le Domaine des Mauriers offers self-catering accommodation located a 10-minute drive from the centre of Saint-Malo. Guests have access to an indoor and an outdoor, heated swimming pool, a sauna and a fitness centre.

Each apartment includes a living room with a lounge area, a dining table and an equipped kitchenette. Apartments all have a private terrace or balcony.

A kid's club is available for children between 4 and 12 years old in July and August.

Free private parking is possible on site. You will find shops and restaurants just 50 metres from the property, and the beach is at 4 km.

Reception is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00 and closed on Wednesdays all day and Sundays afternoon (outside of French School holidays).

Please note that a EUR 100 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price for the Three-Bedroom Apartment . You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.

Please note that a EUR 59 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price for the One-Bedroom Apartment (4 Adults), Two-Bedroom Apartment (6 Adults) and One-Bedroom Apartment (6 Adults). You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.

Please note that a TV is not provided but can be rented at reception for EUR 8 per day or EUR 42 per week.

Bed linen is included but not kitchen linen. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 10 per person per change applies.

Bathroom linen is not included but can rented on site at a EUR 10 extra charge per person per change.

Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available.

Please note that guests have access to free WiFi in the communal areas. For guests wishing to access WiFi from their apartment, an additional EUR 16 per week charge applies.
