The cleaning does not include the kitchen which must be left clean and tidy, failing which 60 euros may be charged to you in case the necessary inspection is not carried out during the inventory.

Proof of identity must be presented along with a credit card. In case of refusal, you won't be accepted at the property or a check for the deposit upon check-in. In case of refusal, entry will be refused and not refunded.

Please notify management in advance of any late departure at least 24 hours in advance under penalty of a 70 euro charge for any departure after 10:30 a.m.

Late check-ins are permitted until 10:30 p.m. beyond this time, any check-in is only accepted in exceptional circumstances.Informa a con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada.
