Nestled amongst the vineyards on 25 acres, Polperro Villas offers an on site, award winning cellar door and bistro. All spacious, studio apartments feature an open fireplace, patio with vineyard views and a relaxing spa bath. Complimentary continental breakfast is provided.

Villa Polperro is located in the heart of the Red Hill wine region, and is within a 10-minute drive of a number of wineries. It is a 13-minute drive from Dromana Beach and a 1-hour and 5-minute drive from Melbourne.

All air-conditioned villas feature a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. They have indoor/outdoor dining areas, and a lounge area with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The Premium Villa 4 features a private in-room sauna.

Guests can enjoy a walk through the working vineyard. Estate prepared picnics are available, on request.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.

Our COVID-19 Policy allows for cancellations due to COVID postcode restrictions with no cancellation fees. We can arrange to move your booking to another suitable date when restrictions ease, or alternatively we can issue a Polperro Gift Voucher for the value of any deposits paid to date. This Gift Voucher can be emailed to you and is valid to be used in the villas and restaurant at Polperro and has a 3 year expiry date.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
