The city center remains pedestrian only.
If you have bulky luggage, you can get closer to the apartment with your car (intersection rue de la République and rue Victor Hugo), except in July and August.
To park your car, 2 free public car parks are available, about 500 meters away:
1 - Place des Cordeliers car park (the largest)
2 - Plantier road car park
Total rental price:
- Overnight stays 80 to 130 € per night depending on the period.
- The compulsory linen package: €30 (towels + sheets for all beds).
- Mandatory cleaning fees upon your departure: €30
- Concierge fees: €40
- Tourist tax: €1.10 per night per adult.

The Lessee, if he unilaterally renounces the rental:
Cancellation at least 1 month + 1 day before the scheduled arrival date: refund
full deposit (100%).
If the cancellation occurs 1 month or less before the rental date, all of the
deposit will be kept by the lessor.
The deposit does not allow the Lessor to claim from the Lessee the full rent which was provided for in the event of cancellation.
The Lessee may also take out cancellation insurance beforehand on his own initiative.
If the Lessor unilaterally terminates the contract for any reason other than non-performance of
lessee's contractual obligations, it shall:
- Reimburse the deposit as soon as possible if it is a case of force majeure rendering
rental not possible,
- Pay double the deposit to the Lessee for any other reason.
