Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence & Spa Houlgate

Located on the Butte de Caumont hilltop with panoramic views of Houlgate, this residence is just a 20-minute walk from the beach and town centre. It offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from May to September. An ALGOTHERM spa with an indoor heated swimming pool measuring 12x5 metres, a sauna and a hammam are also available on site at an extra cost.

A private balcony or terrace features in all of the houses and apartments at Pierre & Vacances Premium Residence & Spa Houlgate. Each has a seating area and a TV with international channels. Free low-speed WiFi is available in all areas.

A kitchenette with hotplates is included in the accommodation at Spa Houlgate. Some kitchen areas have a Nespresso coffee machine.

Activities available in the area include excursions to the D-Day beaches.

Free private parking is possible on site subject to availability, and guests can also visit Trouville-sur-Mer, which is 22 km away. Alternatively, the reception can help organise yachting and tennis activities in the local area.

If you plan to arrive outside check-in hours, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection.

Prices include all taxes and fees (except tourist tax and any booking fees), TV, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access and two bathrobes.

After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional charge.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance.

Reception opening hours are daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.
